These terms apply to the exact issue and cover identified on each approved Comic Moon pre-order listing.

Payment and expected release

Payment is taken in full when you order the exact issue and cover selected. Buying an individual issue is a one-off purchase, not enrolment in an ongoing subscription. Series subscriptions separately use reviewed monthly payment requests without automatic recurring card charges. Every standard new comic is bagged and boarded at no extra charge.

The estimated release date for each comic is shown on its product page and in your order. By pre-ordering you agree to delivery after the expected release rather than within 30 days of ordering. Release dates may change and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Dispatch happens only after the correct comics arrive and are allocated to your order.

Supplier availability and delays

All pre-orders are subject to supplier availability. We will contact you about material delays or shortages. You can agree to wait or cancel an affected undispatched comic for a refund. If we cannot obtain your comic, we will refund it. We will not substitute a different issue or cover without your agreement.

Cancellations and refunds

Email info@comicmoon.com with your order number to cancel an undispatched pre-order, including after our supplier ordering deadline. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of agreeing cancellation. A full cancellation before dispatch includes unused postage. We agree any delivery adjustment for a partial cancellation before proceeding, without an automatic extra charge. Your statutory consumer rights, including applicable cancellation and faulty-goods rights, are unaffected.

Paid postage and combined deliveries

Pre-orders and subscriptions do not qualify for or count towards the £15 free-shipping promotion. The paid postal options and total are displayed before payment. Pre-orders purchased together are normally held for one combined parcel when all are ready. In-stock goods and future deliveries are separate packages. We agree any later split, extra charge or combination of separately placed orders with you first; separate orders do not combine automatically. Combined monthly subscription dispatch has one appropriate postage charge per agreed shipment.

Local collection is not available. Comic Moon Collection Points are coming soon; this is an announcement, not an active service.

Sign in to track reservations in My Comics. Guest checkout remains available for individual pre-orders. A guest order appears in My Comics after WooCommerce assigns it to your account. Ordering an individual issue does not enrol you in an ongoing series subscription. Subscription discounts are not active.
